Spend this May bank holiday connecting with your spirituality at the serene Yogarosa retreat. This one week programme is designed to reduce stress, emotionally heal, and provide relaxation, working with the energy of the nature around us to help restore our spirit.
To slowly wake up the mind and body ROSA yoga sessions take place under the pine trees in the morning for 90 minutes, these sessions are blends of different traditional yoga philosophies including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Anusara hatha, and Kundalini. The morning is used to focus on the body, with yoga supporting the muscular-skeletal system and internal organs. The afternoon 60 minute session of Scaravelli based yoga concentrates on letting go of negative energy, tension, and finding the light inside to move on.
For a true sensory cleanse, the week will include a silent day, so we can use the energy we normally use to speak and communicate available to our mind and body to repair and heal. Other therapies include meditation, and a healthy menu of vegetarian food will be served through the week to support your progress and healing.
