Take a relaxing holday to begin connecting with your spirituality at the serene Yogarosa retreat. This one week programme is designed to emotionally heal, reduce stress and provide relaxation, working with the energy of the nature around us to help restore our spirit.
To slowly wake up the body and mind yoga sessions occur in the morning under the pine trees for 90 minutes, these sessions are a blend of different traditional yoga philosophies including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini, hatha, and Anusara. This session focusses on the body, supporting the muscular-skeletal system and the internal organs. The afternoon 60 minute session of Scaravelli based yoga concentrates on letting go of bad energy, tension, and finding the light in moving on.
For sensory cleanse, the week will include a silent day, so you can use the energy you normally use to speak and communicate available to the mind and body to repair and heal. Other therapies include meditation, and a healthy menu of vegetarian food will be served through the week to support your progress and healing.

My only small complaint, which didn't turn out to be a problem in the end, was that I wasn't informed about the fact that we needed at least 6 months ( I think it was) left on our passports after we had already booked and paid. It might have been a complicated situation if it had turned out that we didn't have that amount of time left on the passports."
