With one-to-one personal sessions with Shantidevi, you will have the chance to learn about mindfulness and how you can use it as an everyday tool to enhance your life. Four hours of practise and study per day will help you to connect to the breath and stop anxiety in its tracks.

You will gain greater understanding of your mind and body patterns, and these mindfulness sessions will be complemented by an osteopathy session. This will remove blockages, restore mobility and rebalance the musculoskeletal, visceral and craniosacral systems.

During your free time you will have access to the relaxation area, including sauna and Turkish bath. You can further eliminate stress in the fitness area. A daily supply of Alkaline water and herbal teas will also serve to soothe and reset the body.
